Earth mama organics herbal sitz bath works to soothe sore postpartum and prenatal nether regions with a blend of witch hazel, oatmeal, yarrow and calendula flowers among other ingredients. Use by steeping herbal pad in a shallow bowl with hot water for five minutes. Once the pad has cooled, gently drain the extra liquid until it is just moist and then apply to perineum.
