Returns on items eligible for returns are accepted within 30 days of order date.
To get started, just visit our RETURN CENTER and enter the email address and order number associated with your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in its original unopened condition. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are not eligible for returns. Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned. For sanitary and health reasons, we also do not accept products that are intimate, personal care or sanitary goods and certain cosmetics. Free or promotional items are also not acceptable.
International purchases are final. We do not accept returns on international orders and shipments.
Refunds (if applicable)
A refund will be issued once we have received and inspected your returned items. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Only the items specified in the original return request and confirmed by Peach Ruby will be refunded. Extra products included in the return package unconfirmed in the return request, especially if from an order outside the return window, will not be refunded. Any products returned without Return Authorization or ineligible for return will be disposed and ineligible for refund.
A refund will be issued once we have received your returned items. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for refund. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction and will be in the amount of the Product price paid after any discount, less a $10 return label fee. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business day for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.
Any item returned after 30 days from order date is not eligible for refund.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
We do not accept exchanges, as items may sell out while the requested exchange is returned and processed. Please visit our RETURN CENTER to return the original item, and go to peachruby.com to purchase the correct item in a new order.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
